Capacity and details.
Anyone can learn to Segway, but they take some time to get the hang of. Your guide will lead you through a cone zone training before you hit the trail.
Groups are 5 people or less so that your tour guide can give you special attention. Private groups can book up to 15 guests at a time.
Tours take 1-1.5-hours, plus training time. Please allow 1.5-2-hours total.
Comfort and Safety.
Children must be at least 12 years old and 100 pounds in order to ride.
All guests must be under 250 pounds to ride. No one pregnant. Segways require good balance, so be sure that you can jump up and down from a curb without an issue.
All tours are subject to weather conditions. Please check the forecast before you book. If your tour is cancelled due to weather, you can either reschedule or receive a refund. Your guide will make the final call.
You will be outfitted with a Giro helmet, complete with MIPS technology. These are extremely good helmets that will help to protect you in case of an incident.
All tours are at your own risk; however, you will be riding with a highly experienced Segway guide. Crashes do happen, but they are rare for those who listen closely to their guide. Go with a pro.
Booking.
Book with confidence knowing that you can cancel for any reason at least 24-hours in advance for a full refund. No refunds for cancellations within 24-hours of the departure.
Reservations are highly recommended. In the summer months, you can also walk up to the Garden of the Gods Visitor Center to book in person, but space is not guaranteed.

Total activity time is 1.5-2 hours with a 30-minute cone zone training.
Minors must go with an adult. Children must be over 12 years old.
Tours depart the Garden of the Gods Visitors and Nature Center.
